Quality Assurance Program
Sizemore Janitorial Services provides each customer with our customer driven Quality Assurance Program. It is the goal of our company to provide a management tool to maintain accountability and monitor progress. The Quality Assurance Program consists of personal on-site visits by local Sizemore supervisors to allow our management staff the opportunity to inspect the site being serviced as well as discuss any concerns or questions. In addition, Sizemore Janitorial Services provides on-site correspondence log books to allow for communication with the Sizemore on- site janitorial supervisors. As an alternative when a computer is provided on-site, the Sizemore on-site janitorial supervisor will be issued a Sizemore, Inc. email address to allow for daily correspondence.
