Ernie spent twenty years building and then selling a competing security company, followed by ten years of mission work in Honduras. He has sat on the other side of the table from a company like Sizemore, and he runs operations accordingly — with a bias toward removing whatever is slowing a site down rather than explaining it. He joined in 2023 and owns day-to-day operations.
