Founded in 1955 by Lieutenant Eddie Sizemore in Augusta, Georgia, Sizemore has grown from a single security company into a multi-division facility services partner trusted by some of America's leading corporations.

In January 2026, Inspirit Equity acquired a majority stake in Sizemore, bringing the capital, network, and operational firepower to accelerate the next decade of growth.
