Kim has been in facility services since 1991 and came to Sizemore through an acquisition, moving from regional manager onto the leadership team. She has run janitorial, security and staffing, and now manages Sizemore's Amazon relationship end to end, from proposal through daily troubleshooting. Running one national account at that scale is the closest thing to a stress test this industry has.
