Yes. Sizemore maintains active security licenses in every state where we operate, and all officers meet that state's individual licensing and compliance requirements before assignment.
Do you provide armed officers?
Yes. Sizemore provides both armed and unarmed officers depending on the facility's risk profile and operational requirements. Armed assignments are determined during the initial program assessment.
How do you ensure coverage reliability?
Through structured supervision at every level. Site Supervisors and Regional Managers run unannounced quality checks, officers work to site-specific post orders, and incidents are documented and escalated the same shift.
What training do officers receive?
Officers meet the licensing and training requirements their state sets before they are assigned, and they work your site's post orders from the first shift. If your contract calls for training beyond the state minimum, we scope it during implementation and agree with you how completion gets reported.
Can you support multiple facilities?
Yes. Sizemore is licensed across multiple states and supports multi-facility clients across distributed operations. Our regional management structure is built for multi-site programs, with one account team accountable across your locations.
Do you provide reporting and incident documentation?
Yes. Every program includes documented incidents, supervisor reporting, and a weekly report built from officer tour data in TrackTik. You see where officers walked, when, and what they logged. Your account team brings performance to the quarterly review and works through it with you.
